At Hoa Su Spa - Massage, police discovered one couple engaged in prostitution for one million VND. During checks of other rooms, several female employees were found waiting for clients. A swift search by authorities seized prostitution activity logbooks, hundreds of condoms, nearly 28 million VND in cash, 290,000 South Korean won, and other related exhibits.
Investigators identified Ngo Thi Dup, 44, a resident of Hai Chau ward, and her accomplices as having organized the prostitution ring since 5/2025, generating over 1.4 billion VND in illicit profits.
At Samdi Hotel, police uncovered prostitution activities taking place in VIP rooms, disguised as "service packages" for spa and massage, priced from 1.8 million to 4.8 million VND per session. Seized evidence included logbooks, computers, card swipe machines, mobile phones, and over 20 million VND in cash. Initial findings suggest this establishment earned hundreds of millions of VND monthly from its prostitution operations.
On 10/1, the Criminal Investigation Department criminally detained six individuals: Ngo Thi Dup, Nguyen Duc Vu, Tran Thi Huong, Truong Thi Thuy Dung, Nguyen Huu Huy, and Tran Lam Huy, to investigate their involvement in harboring prostitution. Authorities are also pursuing Le Long Viet, identified as the direct manager of the spa and massage operations at Samdi Hotel.
Police have called on Le Long Viet to surrender for questioning. Should he continue to evade authorities, legal measures for apprehension will be applied.
