The People's Public Security Military, Martial Arts and Sports Festival 2026 - Region III, taking place from 19-24/6 in Xuan Huong ward, Da Lat, features 34 delegations from police forces across 17 provinces and cities in the southern and Central-Central Highlands regions.
The festival aims to enhance the training quality and physical fitness of the public security forces. Additionally, it serves to promote the image of Da Lat - Lam Dong and attract tourists.
According to Lam Dong Police, the two men posted false and insulting comments on Facebook and TikTok videos. These videos showed drills by the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police and Traffic Police at Lam Vien Square, conducted in preparation for the festival's opening ceremony.
After being summoned for questioning and receiving explanations about legal regulations, they admitted to their violations.

Authorities advise citizens against posting, sharing, or commenting on unverified content in cyberspace. Any acts of spreading fake news or slandering the honor and reputation of agencies and organizations related to the event will be strictly handled according to regulations.
