On 4/7, Dong Nai police detained Nguyen Manh Hung, 46, owner of the Thien Bao SBC Bien Hoa page, on charges of intentionally causing injury.
According to the investigation, Hung frequently used social media platforms, including Youtube 'Thien Bao SBC Bien Hoa', Facebook "Nguyen Thien Bao", "Thien Bao SBC Bien Hoa", "Doi SBC Bien Hoa", and "Thien Bao SBC", to post, share, and comment on sensitive social issues. This included content related to Le Anh Tu, also known as the "Thich Minh Tue phenomenon", during his travels abroad.
On 11/6/2025, two groups of YouTubers from Vietnam traveled to India with Tu's group, leading to a conflict and fight. Hung allegedly used a knife to inflict serious injuries on Nguyen Quy Dau, known as "Dau Nguyen TV", who required emergency hospitalization in India. After returning to Vietnam, the victim continued treatment in TP HCM and filed a complaint.

On 5/12/2025, Dong Nai police initiated criminal proceedings for intentionally causing injury related to the incident on 11/6/2025 in India. On 24/6, the investigative police agency (Dong Nai police) decided to prosecute and temporarily detain Hung.
Regarding the "Thich Minh Tue phenomenon", on 16/5/2024, the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha issued a statement clarifying that the individual referred to on social media as "Su Thich Minh Tue" is not a Buddhist monk. Nevertheless, recently, some TikTokers and YouTubers continued to follow "Thich Minh Tue" to film videos, disseminate them on social media for likes and views, and exploit the situation for profit. This excessive promotion of "Thich Minh Tue" has impacted public order and security.
