A series of activities promoting Hai Phong's cuisine and tourism, combining traditional culture and technology, took place on December 27. These events were held with the support of the Hai Phong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. This series of events forms part of a cooperation agreement between the Hai Phong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Grab Viet Nam, signed last July, aiming to boost digital transformation in tourism and enhance the city's appeal on Viet Nam's tourism map.

Users can also book GrabBike or GrabCar rides within this category to visit eateries directly. This allows convenient travel between various food destinations during their city exploration. According to a representative from the application, introducing this category makes it easier for users to experience local delicious eateries more seamlessly and intuitively.
Ms. Dang Thuy Trang, External Affairs Director at Grab Viet Nam, stated that with its technological strengths and extensive service network, the company aims to provide visitors and residents with intuitive, convenient, and accessible experiences. Concurrently, it supports Hai Phong's eateries and restaurants in their digital transformation journey. "This year's series of activities plays an important role, opening opportunities for deeper cooperation to promote the city's tourism development in the coming period," Ms. Trang said.
