"100 Flavors 2025" is an international fine-dining experience, organized for the first time in Vietnam. Each evening, the event is limited to 140 diners to create a moment of fusion between cuisine, art, and emotion in a luxurious, high-class setting.
This year's program brings together 13 Michelin-starred chefs. A highlight of the event is the live demonstration by these chefs, representing various culinary styles. Diners have the opportunity to savor dishes prepared from local ingredients using the refined techniques of each chef.

According to the enterprise representative, Greenfeed developed its G pork through a 3F Plus (Feed - Farm - Food) integrated closed chain model. Its distinctively tender and flavorful meat results from strictly selected animal feed, international standard breeding stock, high-tech farms, and modern production processes.
The product is manufactured using chilled meat technology, adhering to TCVN 12429-1:2018 standards. This ensures the carcass is cooled to a temperature of 0-4 degrees C for 18-20 hours, enhancing tenderness and preserving nutrients. Additionally, the application of oxy fresh packaging technology plays a crucial role in extending freshness. This technology helps the meat maintain its natural pink color and inhibits bacterial growth.
To achieve this, Greenfeed prioritizes research and production of high-quality animal feed from the outset, ensuring it contains no banned substances and allows for transparent traceability. The supplier selection process is rigorous, with raw material standards built according to international benchmarks, and operations controlled under ISO 22000, HACCP, GLOBAL G.A.P, and BAP certifications. With a team of experienced nutrition experts, both domestic and international, the brand's animal feed provides optimal nutrient content for each stage of livestock development, supporting commercial meat quality, reducing feed conversion rates, and optimizing farming efficiency.

Furthermore, Greenfeed's pork is raised on clean feed free of banned substances, meeting ISO 22000 standards and adhering to the effective farming solutions of the 3F Plus healthy food chain. Thanks to gene marking technology and quality breeding stock, the pork is tender, soft, and sweet, suiting Vietnamese tastes and high-end culinary standards.
