The event, organized by Content Share in collaboration with the People's Committee of Long Binh Ward and the People's Committee of Long Phuoc Ward, was co-hosted by PNJ. It is part of a series of activities aimed at enhancing the mental and physical well-being of female workers in TP HCM.
The festival is a key community event, continuing PNJ's years-long journey of promoting a "beautiful living" spirit. As a strategic partner, PNJ champions the confidence and beauty of women within their everyday work environments.

PNJ's "Shine Station" was a popular area, offering female workers free beauty services, including: skin analysis, makeup application, hair styling, and beauty care consultations. Instant photos captured participants' joyful moments.
Beyond personal care, the program included a talk titled "Mentally Healthy Living - Women Who Know How to Love Themselves," led by master of psychology Le Thi Khuyen. The session focused on emotional balance, stress relief, and maintaining a positive outlook in both professional and personal life.

Le Thi Hang, a participant from Long Binh Ward, shared that her usual workdays involved only housework and childcare, leaving little time for herself. "Today, I received skincare advice, learned makeup techniques, and heard tips on reducing stress and maintaining a positive mindset. After participating all day, I feel much more relaxed and confident," she stated.
To conclude the program, organizers honored 8 exemplary female workers for their contributions to family and society. PNJ representatives presented "Kind Heart" necklaces to these women, symbolizing positive energy, a beautiful lifestyle, and kindness cultivated through daily actions.

Nguyen Khoa Hong Thanh, PNJ's Senior Marketing Director and Director of Communications and External Relations, explained that "beautiful living" for PNJ extends beyond external aesthetics. It encompasses: self-care, nurturing relationships, and community contributions. "Through the Women Workers' Festival, we aim to provide practical experiences, from beauty care to fostering mental well-being. This helps female workers gain confidence and radiate positivity in their daily work, spreading these values to the wider community," Thanh stated.
PNJ has consistently anchored its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy in the "beautiful living" philosophy. Its goal is to disseminate this spirit across individuals, families, couples, and society. Women and girls are a priority group for PNJ, receiving support and empowerment through various community programs implemented by the company.
