From 5h30, many parents brought their children to the Hai Phong Children's Cultural Palace to prepare for the race. The third season of Kun Marathon Hai Phong attracted about 2,300 children aged 6-10, marking the closing event of this race series for 2025.

Before the race, the weather was cool, around 19-22 degrees C. The young athletes, dressed in colorful shirts, gathered in rows and warmed up under the guidance of the organizers.

After the MC energized the atmosphere, the two "Big Papas", Xuan Bac and Truong Giang, were invited onto the stage. The moment the two comedians appeared, the atmosphere among the audience erupted.

The children clapped continuously and answered questions from the two artists in unison. This marked the first time National Artist Xuan Bac and artist Truong Giang appeared together at a Kun Marathon event. Their seamless coordination kept the children laughing.

Following their energetic performance, Xuan Bac and Truong Giang divided the young runner groups by age and led them to the starting line.

The two artists supported and encouraged the children to complete the race and overcome obstacles.

Many children, participating in a large-scale sports event for the first time, were initially shy. The encouragement from the two artists and key opinion leaders (KOLs) helped them gain confidence.

The nearly 1 km race course was designed with lively obstacles, including inflatable houses and tunnels, creating an engaging activity space for the Kun runners. Despite continuously overcoming challenges, many children remained enthusiastic, running and playing with friends, their faces always radiant.

Sisters Nguyen Anh Thu and Nguyen Xuan Phuc drew attention by dressing as a princess and a superhero, holding hands as they conquered the Kun Marathon course. Their father, Nguyen Xuan Giang, stated that this was his children's second year participating, and after each season, they become bolder and more confident.

Thousands of parents lined both sides of the road, using their phones to capture moments of their children participating in the Kun Marathon. Nguyen Thi Men shared that this was the first time she registered her child for the competition, hoping for opportunities to interact, learn, and build confidence.

The race concluded after approximately one hour of competition. Young runners received finisher medals upon crossing the finish line. Many children smiled, proudly showing their medals to their parents and taking commemorative photos.
