Stories of insurance benefits from Generali Vietnam

Timely insurance payouts have helped numerous Generali Vietnam customers overcome illness, showcasing the company's commitment to a "customer-centric" approach.

A Generali Vietnam representative noted that timely support from financial advisors is integral to every insurance benefit, guiding customers through difficult periods.

Pham Anh Duy, a 25-year-old from TP HCM, represents a typical case. From his student years into his professional life, Duy worked in warehouse logistics and assisted at a meal production facility. His constant movement exposed him to numerous accident risks.

The insecurity after long workdays prompted Duy to explore and enroll in Generali Vietnam's VITA - Dau tu nhu y insurance package, which included a health card, despite his tight budget. "Giving up a small portion of my monthly income for self-protection brings peace of mind," he stated. "Especially when I'm ill or have health issues, I feel confident seeking hospital treatment."

His decision proved sound. Generali covered all costs, from emergency treatments for digestive disorders and soft tissue injuries to inpatient care, including examinations, treatment, and medication. "For me, it was timely financial support that helped me through a difficult period," Duy recalled.

The most significant incident happened when he slipped while pulling a food cart, sustaining knee and hand injuries that required surgery. The total cost for treatment and follow-up appointments reached 18 million VND. Generali Vietnam covered all expenses through his VITA - Suc Khoe Vang card, allowing him to focus on his recovery without financial worry.

Generali Vietnam advisor Dinh Thi Ha, an MDRT 2025 member, supported Duy throughout this period. A Generali representative noted that Ha helped Duy select the right insurance package and directly assisted with procedures during incidents, ensuring he received his full benefits promptly.

Nguyen Lien Thao's family provides another example. She had little faith in insurance until her family members encountered health issues.

Thao selected Generali Vietnam's VITA - Suc Khoe Vang package, aiming for the best medical care for her family. Generali Vietnam subsequently covered nearly 200 million VND in medical expenses for the family, including her son's inpatient treatment and her husband's surgery.

Thao further noted that advisor Tuyet Sang's dedication was particularly moving. Sang, who is the Director of the Gencasa Thu Duc 3 General Agency Office, consistently checked in and provided detailed procedural guidance whenever the family faced health issues, offering a true sense of support.

"With Generali's insurance, my family enjoys comprehensive protection and access to examinations and treatment at top hospitals both domestically and internationally. This brings me greater peace of mind, leading to a more stable and happier life," Thao remarked. Her positive experience prompted her to expand the insurance coverage for her entire family and recommend it to relatives.

According to Generali Vietnam, these timely benefit payouts underscore their "customer-centric" commitment. The company stated its intention to further solidify its role as a "lifetime companion," supporting customers in their journey toward comprehensive health protection and care.
