On the morning of 22/8, Truong Giang was present at 2/4 Square (Nha Trang), joining 2,000 young runners to conquer the Kun Marathon course. This year, the children tested their mettle on an 800 m coastal route, overcoming obstacles like bouncy houses and inflatable structures. Truong Giang’s appearance boosted their morale and created memorable moments of interaction.
Having been associated with Kun Marathon Nha Trang for three consecutive years, the artist said that each time he returns, he sees the children, mostly locals, grow bolder. He believes this demonstrates the event's significance, in addition to its appeal thanks to its well-organized format. “Not many free programs can attract thousands of parents like this. Kun has created its own place in the hearts of families with young children," he said.

According to Truong Giang, exercise is a vital part of a child's development. He values the combination of physical training and academics from a young age, as children who exercise early are often more confident and courageous. “It's not about whether they run well or not, but the important thing is that they finish on their own. Their parents are there to cheer them on, but the children still have to move forward by themselves," he said. The artist believes that this independent experience helps children develop their spirit, perseverance, and broaden their perspective on life.
Truong Giang also shared his family's experience. Whenever he exercises, he often takes his child along to instill the habit of physical activity from an early age. For him, besides studying, children need to play sports and interact with the community for more balanced development. Observing many families and friends, he noticed that children who have the opportunity to participate in sports are often more agile, confident, and mature earlier. “Children will see new things that they can’t fully experience at home," he added.
Additionally, Truong Giang acknowledged how many parents accompanied their children at Kun Marathon, both encouraging them along the way and letting them complete the challenge independently. However, he also noted that some parents were not well-prepared, choosing inappropriate shoes or uncomfortable clothes, causing difficulties for their children. “With a little more attention to preparation, the children will have a more fulfilling sports experience," Truong Giang recommended.

Truong Giang also believes Kun Marathon creates a space for families to make beautiful memories together. When parents watch from afar, children will clearly feel the encouragement and have more motivation to move forward independently. "It's the moment when parents see their children grow another step," he shared.
As part of VnExpress Marathon, Kun Marathon has been held in Hanoi, TP HCM, Hue, Ha Long, Da Nang, and Hai Phong, each season attracting thousands of children. In Nha Trang this year, in addition to Truong Giang, the organizers also invited TikTokers Tieu Ngao, Boi Boi, Mike Den, Hao Khang, and freestyle footballer Trong Thy.
Besides the race, the square also featured many side activities such as Kun jelly slides and mini-games with gifts, creating a sports festival for families by Nha Trang Bay.
