Vie Limo invests in services to enhance passenger experience

Vie Limo equips its fleet with Boeing-style seats, investing in amenities, technology, and service processes to provide a comfortable, private experience for passengers traveling between Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau.

The short-distance travel market is vibrant as more people opt for quick weekend getaways. Young travelers, in particular, prioritize speed, comfort, and convenience. Responding to this demand, Vie Limo developed its "Boeing seat limousine" fleet, integrating massage features, entertainment, and fast charging for a relaxing journey, according to a company representative.

Vie Limo has invested in a modern, minimalist interior design. Each vehicle features a unique color based on the "Color of the Year" trend. The Boeing-style seats are upholstered in Nappa leather, include electric adjustments, three-point seat belts, and can accommodate child seats.

Passengers are provided with tablet screens, a JBL sound system, and a mini karaoke set for group trips. The vehicle's optimized space allows for closing or opening partitions to ensure privacy, reduce noise, and control light.

Vie Limo also emphasizes human factors, considering its driver team the "engine" of service quality. Drivers receive training in service protocols, situational handling skills, and professional conduct, ensuring passengers feel secure and comfortable throughout their journey.

The company's customer care service operates 24/7, providing quick booking support, trip reminders, journey tracking, and direct feedback. A Vie Limo representative stated, "This process, once exclusive to luxury hotels or premium airlines, is now applied by Vie Limo to short-distance travel."

In addition to the fixed Saigon - Vung Tau route, the company offers VIP car rental services for businesses, groups, or special events. Each vehicle is designed with a distinct interior style, creating a personalized impression for clients and helping businesses enhance their image when hosting partners, VIP guests, or organizing events.

To optimize user journeys, Vie Limo has developed additional travel combo packages combining limousine service with hotels at destinations such as Vung Tau, Long Hai, Ho Tram, Binh Chau, and Phan Thiet - Mui Ne. This service includes home pick-up and drop-off, saving time, optimizing costs, and ensuring a seamless experience, especially suitable for families with elderly members or young children.

Ticket prices for a one-way trip to Vung Tau range from 210,000 to 230,000 dong. Vie Limo operates continuously from 5 AM to 9 PM daily.
