This area has recently experienced frequent rain, causing water to accumulate on road surfaces.
A leader from Thuan Giao Ward People's Committee stated that the police are investigating the cause of the incident. The electricity department is also examining the scene to identify the suspected source of the electrical leak. No other injuries have been reported.
