Around 7:30 PM, the fire erupted from a one-story house on Than Nhan Trung street. The house was locked, and no one was inside. Within minutes, flames intensified, black smoke covered the area, and multiple loud explosions were heard.

Upon discovering the incident, nearby residents raised the alarm and attempted to extinguish the fire with small extinguishers, but were unsuccessful. Some nearby households quickly moved their belongings out to prevent the fire from spreading.
The Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department dispatched three fire trucks and dozens of officers to the scene. Firefighters launched multiple approaches, using hoses to control the blaze. After about 10 minutes, the fire was extinguished.
The fire caused no casualties but destroyed many properties inside the approximately 50 square meter house, which included a mezzanine. It also spread to a section of an adjacent warehouse.
According to the homeowner, all family members were out at the time of the fire. The family only learned of the incident when relatives informed them via social media.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by authorities.
