Around 4 PM, a fire broke out in an apartment spanning over 50 square meters on the 16th floor of a 26-story building located on To Hieu Street. Black smoke and a burning smell quickly spread along the hallways and outside the condominium, prompting immediate concern.
Le Thanh Hoa, who lives on the same floor, stated that upon discovering smoke and flames engulfing the nearby apartment, she and many other residents immediately evacuated and notified authorities.

Khanh Hoa Fire and Rescue Police swiftly responded, dispatching 36 officers and firefighters, along with two ladder trucks and three fire engines, to the scene. Emergency personnel accessed the building from the outside to spray water and extinguish the flames, while simultaneously guiding residents to safety through emergency exits. Firefighters brought the blaze under control after approximately 30 minutes.
Fortunately, the incident resulted in no injuries. However, the fire destroyed many belongings in the apartment's bedroom. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
