On 27/8, while patrolling Nguyen Thai Hoc street near Xanh Pon Hospital in Ba Dinh ward, O Cho Dua ward police brought a 44-year-old man, residing in Ba Dinh ward, to the station for questioning.
The man admitted to placing 10 plastic chairs on the sidewalk of Nguyen Thai Hoc street to reserve spots, recognizing the demand for good viewing locations for the parade rehearsal that evening. He then offered to rent out the chairs for 20,000 VND each.
