Hanoi submerged for 10 hours after heavy rainfall

Heavy rain caused widespread flooding in Hanoi, inundating markets, homes, and streets for 10 hours, leaving numerous vehicles stranded and disrupting daily life.

By 2 PM, the Hanoi Drainage Company reported 35 flooded locations in central districts, causing traffic congestion and disruption.
