The My Thuan Project Management Board, in collaboration with relevant agencies, has finalized a traffic management plan. This plan supports the construction of the Vo Van Kiet overpass and the installation of equipment along the My Thuan - Can Tho expressway.

Construction is scheduled from 22:00 to 1:00 the next day, spanning the nights of 16/10 through 19/10. During these hours, traffic may face temporary stoppages near the Vo Van Kiet overpass and at 4 additional points along the expressway to ensure safety.

Traffic restrictions will be implemented in stages, aligning with construction progress. The entire route will not be continuously closed for three hours. Before and after each stage, contractors will coordinate with traffic police and operators to regulate and clear vehicles.

Functional units will deploy signs, warning lights, barriers, and traffic personnel at all construction sites. Certain median strip sections will be temporarily removed for beam installation, then restored.

Drivers using the expressway at night are advised to observe signs, follow official guidance, and plan their journeys proactively to prevent congestion.
