The classrooms are for 50 students at the Ca Giang campus of Trung Ly Kindergarten. Before the renovation, one classroom was severely dilapidated and unusable, while the other suffered from a leaking roof, peeling walls, water-damaged ceiling, and broken windows, posing safety risks. Last school year, the school had to hold one class in the communal house.
Lo Thi Nguyet, principal of Trung Ly Kindergarten, said that the campus only received electricity last year. "Looking at the spacious classrooms now, we are very moved. We can't believe this is the same place that was once so run-down," Nguyet said.
