On 7/1, Quang Ninh province announced the funds are designated for decorations, ceremonial preparations, cultural performances, and community activities during Tet. Activities must be practical, civilized, economical, avoid formality and waste, and align with local traditions and customs.
Local cultural spaces, particularly in rural, mountainous, and island areas, will offer diverse activities. This encourages residents to create and enjoy cultural events during Tet.
