Do Thi Hong, principal of Phin Ngan Semi-Boarding Primary School, said the Sai Duan location, built in the 2000s, had deteriorated classrooms, kitchens, and dormitories that posed safety risks.
"These new, spacious classrooms motivate students to study and strive for success. They no longer have to worry about leaks during rain," Hong said.
