According to Saigontourist Holding Company, the organizer, the Binh Ngo Tet flower street 2026 will conclude operations at 21h on the 6th day of Tet (22/2). The entire space will be cleaned and returned to its original state. However, the two large horse mascot displays at the main gate in front of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee headquarters and at the end of the street will be retained for an additional month.
At the main gate, the horse mascot stands approximately 11 m tall (including the base), featuring a dominant yellow tone that makes it stand out in the city center. The body of the model is 7 m high and 9 m wide, placed on a 4 m high base, crafted from foam. Its design is inspired by the legendary Thanh Giong flying to the sky, and it incorporates motors that allow its head and legs to move, creating a welcoming effect.

At the end of the street is the "Giang Son Cam Tu" (Brocade Land and Mountains) display, which recreates the image of 9 horses galloping through a space of light. The three central horses are sculpted as solid blocks, symbolizing Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau, representing a spirit of convergence, connection, and a future-oriented outlook after the merger.
The Nguyen Hue Binh Ngo Tet flower street 2026 opened on the 28th day of Tet (15/2), with the theme "Spring Convergence - Steadfast Ascent". The space is divided into three chapters: "Spring Integration", "Floral Heritage", and "Steadfast Future", recreating Ho Chi Minh City's development journey and new stature.

This year's event utilized over 100,000 diverse flower baskets and numerous environmentally friendly displays. For the first time, the flower street offered two experiential versions, day and night: by day, it showcased vibrant floral colors; by night, it transformed into a light festival with mapping technology projected onto the mascots, combined with sound, mechanical movement, and visual effects. Augmented reality (AR) technology, integrated on the TikTok platform, allowed visitors to interact with the large displays using their personal phones.
This year marks the 23rd time the flower street has been organized in the center of Ho Chi Minh City during Tet, establishing it as a distinctive cultural feature that attracts many residents and tourists.
