At Dong Hoi airport, 8 flights between Hanoi and Dong Hoi (VN 7592, VN 7405, VN 1591, VN 1590) and Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Hoi (VN 7404, VN 7405, VN 1404, VN 1405) will depart before 10:00 on 30/8.
At Phu Bai airport, two flights between Hanoi and Hue (VN 1541, VN 1540) and 4 flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Hue (VN 1366, VN 1367, VN 1370, VN 1371) will be rescheduled to depart after 12:00 on 30/8.

The airline is closely monitoring the tropical depression to adjust operations at Thanh Hoa and Da Nang airports accordingly.
Other domestic and international flights on 30/8 may also experience knock-on effects due to the tropical depression.
The airline advises passengers to keep their seatbelts fastened throughout their flights to minimize risks during turbulence.
As of 13:00 on 29/8, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting reported the tropical depression was over the Paracel Islands, 450 km from Hue City, with maximum sustained winds of 61 km/h (level 7) and gusts up to level 9.
After shifting northwest, the depression accelerated to 20-25 km/h and was expected to intensify into a typhoon by evening, with winds reaching 74 km/h.
By 1:00 on 30/8, the typhoon was forecast to be over the central coast with level 8 winds and gusts up to level 10. It was projected to make landfall between Nghe An and Hue, then reach central Laos by 1:00 on 31/8, weakening to below level 6.
