Regarding the revised Land Law, expected to be approved at the session, Pham Thi Hong Yen, a full-time delegate to the Economic - Financial Committee, noted that the draft was developed using data and scientific methods, ensuring transparency in land price regulations.
Concurrently, policies will focus on refining land price tables, adjustment coefficients, and land financial policies to suit current realities. This aims to ensure fairness and harmonize interests among the State, land users, and investors. The objective is to integrate land data with relevant specialized data, preventing manipulation and the formation of inflated prices.
Concerning land recovery, compensation, support, and resettlement, Ms. Yen stressed the need for legal compliance, reducing complaints, stabilizing people's lives, and accelerating project implementation. The law will clearly stipulate cases allowing land recovery before the approval of compensation, support, and resettlement plans, and before the completion of resettlement arrangements.
