At the center is the Tam Thang Tower, which opened on 30/8.
The 155 billion VND tower comprises 143 reinforced concrete pillars ranging from 4.55 to 34 meters high. They symbolize three boats sailing out to sea, recalling the history of the three villages Thang Nhat, Thang Nhi, and Thang Tam – the origins of Vung Tau City.

Over 200 meters away, a rest stop is designed like a seashell. Below is a 4-meter-deep, 1,000 square meter underground facility housing restrooms. Six similar service stations are located along Back Beach. The stations have open access, and the underground area is equipped with an automatic pumping system to prevent flooding.

The park's pathways are paved with granite and feature numerous trash cans and green spaces.

"The beach area is now spacious and clean, creating a much more comfortable and pleasant feeling than before," said Nguyen Tuan from Dong Nai, who brought his family to Vung Tau for the first time since the Back Beach renovations.
