Luu Huu Phuoc Park

Runners can choose to loop within the park or connect to nearby short routes like Mau Than and Tran Hung Dao streets during the early morning hours when traffic is light. Many running groups also choose this location for warm-ups before heading to riverside routes for longer runs.
Surrounding the park are cultural landmarks such as the Tay Do theater and the Can Tho museum, adding a unique touch. Runners can combine their training with exploring the city's distinctive cultural features.

Training Tips
Experts recommend running in the early morning or late afternoon to avoid intense sun and heavy traffic. Before each run, thorough warm-ups and maintaining a steady pace are essential to reduce the risk of injury. Breathable clothing and shoes with appropriate cushioning will help the body adapt better to the climate.
For long runs, runners should carry water or energy gels to maintain stamina. When running on city streets or bridges, stay close to the sidewalk, carefully observe traffic, and obey traffic signals to ensure safety.
