Prostitution ring served nearly 50 Serie A players

A Milan prosecutor's investigation reveals a sophisticated prostitution network, operating under the guise of an event company, provided luxurious all-inclusive services to nearly 50 Serie A players, including the use of "laughing gas" difficult to detect in doping tests.

Italian authorities are investigating a scandal involving a high-end prostitution and entertainment ring in Milan, with new details revealing the organization's scale and sophisticated operations.

According to an investigation led by Milan Deputy Prosecutor Bruna Albertini, the network provided services to approximately 50 Serie A players, including stars from Inter Milan, AC Milan, and other teams. Activities were organized as a closed "ecosystem," combining lavish parties, prostitution, and the use of stimulants.

Italy's financial police (Guardia di Finanza) arrested 4 suspects, identifying Emanuele Buttini and Deborah Ronchi as the two ringleaders. This group operated through the company Ma.De Milano, based in Cinisello Balsamo, disguised as an event organizer. They promoted services via the Instagram account "Made_luxury_concierge," attracting players and businessmen.

According to records, clients received "all-inclusive packages" worth thousands of USD. Evenings typically began with dinner at upscale restaurants, followed by a move to VIP areas at popular nightclubs.

The journey concluded at 5-star hotels, including Hotel ME Milan Il Duca in Piazza della Repubblica, or private apartments arranged by the organization to ensure discretion. Other locations mentioned included areas near the Tocqueville nightclub, Ceresio rooftop, or Pineta restaurant, where parties hosted up to 70 to 80 women.

Table costs could reach thousands of USD, covering champagne and accompanying services.

A notable detail was the use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) at these parties. This substance causes rapid euphoria and is often used medically but is abused recreationally.

The investigation revealed that this gas was favored because it is not detected in doping tests, posing significant health and ethical risks to athletes. Audio recordings show clients directly requesting "gas balloons" in their hotel rooms.

Beyond football players, the network also served many figures in sports and entertainment. An intercepted conversation revealed a request to arrange "paid girlfriends" for a Formula one racer visiting Milan.

Behind the lavish parties were signs of exploitation. Investigators identified over 100 women, including models, receptionists, and escorts, who were drawn into the ring. These women had to give up to 50% of their earnings to the organization and pay rent for accommodation provided by the network itself.

Several serious cases were also recorded, such as a Colombian woman forced into prostitution starting in 2022, or a message from a girl reporting pregnancy after an encounter with a player in late 2025.

This ring even operated during Covid-19 lockdowns. In 2021, police discovered an illegal party and prostitution hub in Cinisello Balsamo, despite social distancing regulations.

Authorities have frozen over 1.2 million USD, believed to be profits from the illegal activities. Investigators, however, suggest the actual figure may be much higher.

The identities of the players and clients involved have not yet been released due to the ongoing investigation, but the incident is expected to cause a major stir in Italian football in the coming period.
