The VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2026 race kit has been unveiled for all athletes participating in the event on 29/11. Produced and sponsored by Puma, the design aims to enhance the running experience on Hanoi's streets at night.

The shirt features a neon green hue, a round neck, and raglan sleeves. The VnExpress Marathon logo is positioned on the right chest, while the Puma logo is on the left chest, both in white. Its perforated knit fabric enhances moisture-wicking during extended physical activity.
The back of the shirt displays "VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2026" along with a black Puma logo. Above this, a silver diagonal reflective strip is placed across the upper back, a position designed to easily catch car headlights from behind.
This marks the first time a reflective detail has been incorporated into a VnExpress Marathon race kit. Organizers state that this design is well-suited for the unique characteristics of a night race. The neon color and reflective elements will stand out under streetlights or vehicle headlights, helping runners be seen from a distance.
The announcement post for the new shirt on the fanpage garnered over 310 interactions, 92 comments, and 10 shares in less than one day. The most discussed aspect was the shirt's minimalist design, which removes most details to emphasize the color and event logo.

"It's stunning, the fewer words, the better; it still stands out even for casual wear", wrote user Ta Quang Huy. User Huu Van Tran commented simply: "A shirt without many words is beautiful". Many other comments echoed this sentiment, noting the shirt's clean and elegant appearance.
The shirt's color also sparked discussion. Long-time runners quickly noticed a change from previous seasons, when the VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight race kit was pink. "Thank goodness, it's easier to wear than the pink shirt", wrote user Hai Anh Nguyen. "No more pink shirts this year?", another user asked.
In 2026, the race will mark its 6th season. Beyond the competitive aspect, the event aims to offer participants a unique perspective on the capital's familiar landmarks and streets. Thus, the race kit carries the message: "One night to see a different Hanoi".
The VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2026 will take place on 29/11, featuring four distances: 5km, 10km, 21km, and 42km. The Super Early Bird phase extends until 24/9, with fees of 420.000 VND, 480.000 VND, 660.000 VND, and 780.000 VND for the 5km, 10km, 21km, and 42km distances, respectively.
