Police have summoned multiple individuals to investigate an incident where a group of youths, armed with weapons, stormed a cafe and attacked a 17-year-old teenager, leading to their death.
Driven by an existing social dispute, Hoang Van Thuy, wearing a mask and a hat to conceal his face, reportedly stormed into an opponent's home and repeatedly attacked him with a knife, leaving the victim severely injured.
