The Japanese government agreed on 26/5 to spend billions of USD to help households pay soaring electricity and gas bills due to the Middle East conflict.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has proposed a mechanism to gradually integrate previously uncalculated costs into electricity tariffs, aiming to address EVN's accumulated losses of nearly 45 trillion VND.
