Quan Lan, a small island in Bai Tu Long Bay within the Van Don district, spans approximately 11 km2. It features pristine beaches with long stretches of white sand and clear waters. Getting to Quan Lan is quicker and easier than Co To due to its proximity and calmer waters. High-speed ferries from Ao Tien or Cai Rong port take 40 to 60 minutes.
