The first phase of the survey, conducted from 7/7 to 14/7, found that over 40,000 readers agreed that Nha Trang is an ideal place to live. Nearly 70% of respondents were between the ages of 31 and 45, the primary working age group interested in settling in the Khanh Hoa province's bay city.
The second phase of the survey, which began on 16/7, attracted over 300 readers on its first day, who shared detailed reasons for choosing Nha Trang. 98% highlighted the natural scenery and pleasant climate as the biggest draws. 82% praised the friendliness of the locals, and 79% cited the reasonable cost of living.

Notably, 85% said they would like to move to Nha Trang. The remaining respondents were either undecided or had no intention of moving. According to readers, to further attract residents, Nha Trang needs to increase job opportunities for young people, preserve nature, and develop inner-city transportation infrastructure.
Regarding prospects, about 80% believe Nha Trang has the necessary infrastructure to become a gateway for trade and economic integration in southern Vietnam. 75% consider this a key factor in driving population shifts and attracting workers.

After the merger, Nha Trang is divided into four wards: Nha Trang, Bac Nha Trang, Nam Nha Trang, and Tay Nha Trang, and remains the center of the new Khanh Hoa super-province. This area is the urban core, serving as the driving force for economic, social, and tourism growth.
Tourism is a strength, with this area accounting for 70% to 80% of visitors to Khanh Hoa annually. The city is famous for its beautiful bay, blue waters, sunshine, and white sand beaches. It blends a vibrant tourism scene with a peaceful daily life.
Each area has its own characteristics. The vibrant core downtown area boasts high-rise buildings, hotels, and diverse services. The northern area is a developing new urban space, a desirable living area blending modernity with nature.
Agoda lists Nha Trang among the five best diving spots in Asia, alongside Bali, Phuket, Okinawa, and Cebu. According to Agoda, Nha Trang possesses warm waters and a rich marine ecosystem, ideal for exploring coral reefs and marine life.
