Each month, Latest Recipe takes on a new look, transporting diners on a diverse and rich culinary adventure. Following the success of previous themes, this July and August, the restaurant presents a new experience, "Grand Buffet Extravaganza," inspired by the "city of lights," Las Vegas, and the state of Texas.

Under the guidance of Chef Phi Cong, the culinary team at Latest Recipe has created a rich culinary journey with limited-edition signature dishes such as Smoked Beef Ribs, King Crab Cakes with Chili Cheese Sauce, Atlantic Lobster Pie, and Texas-style Barbecue. According to the chef, these dishes are a blend of precise cooking techniques and the team's creative inspiration.

Sharing his upcoming vision, Lars Kerfin, General Manager of Le Meridien Saigon, said the key is to build a team passionate about creating impressive dining experiences, not just serving the masses. "This will be our guiding principle in the coming period," he emphasized.

Previously, "Waves of Flavors" took place with 4 themes from March to June. In March, the restaurant impressed guests with a special culinary journey featuring premium ingredients from Japan. April brought the Songkran festival of Thailand. Latest Recipe then donned a colorful ambiance with the "Tsar's Feast," featuring the unique flavors of Russian cuisine. In June, the restaurant continued to introduce diners to two renowned culinary scenes: French and Italian.
