Experience Hong Kong cuisine at A Ma Kitchen

A Ma Kitchen highlights Hong Kong-style ambiance with a rich Cantonese menu.

Located in downtown Ho Chi Minh City, A Ma Kitchen's ambiance draws inspiration from a blend of classic and modern Hong Kong, featuring elements like antique brick walls, Chinese signage, and popular Hong Kong music.

The restaurant can accommodate over 150 guests and offers private rooms for special occasions. In addition to the atmosphere, the attentive staff and diverse menu are among the restaurant's strengths.

A Ma Kitchen's menu, with nearly 40 dim sum and stir-fried dishes, is prepared fresh daily. Among the restaurant's signature dishes are the Phoenix Claws – tender chicken feet in a flavorful sauce, a favorite among those who enjoy Chinese cuisine. The shrimp and scallop dumplings impress with their thin wrappers encasing the seafood filling. Fresh shrimp and scallops are prepared to bring out a rich seafood flavor.

The Peking duck at A Ma Kitchen is another must-try. Crispy duck skin is rolled in thin pancakes, spread with a rich sweet bean sauce. The remaining duck meat is used to create dishes like salt and pepper duck, duck salad with fresh vegetables, fried rice, or stir-fried noodles.

The A Ma Three Treasures (a combo of three roasted meats) – one of the restaurant's bestsellers – includes crispy-skinned roast duck, crispy-skinned roast pork, and char siu pork. The three types of meat are tender, sweet, and authentically Hong Kong.

A Ma Tofu is a Sichuan specialty. Spicy and hot tofu is served in a stone pot, accompanied by crispy rice. The dish offers a mildly spicy, fragrant, and complex flavor profile.

Crab dishes include golden soft-shell crab with a crispy shell blended with a fragrant salted egg sauce and hand-pulled crab noodles with the sweetness of crab and chayote, both of which are not to be missed.

The restaurant also makes an impression with its seafood fried rice, jade fried rice, and Gulou ribs – a rich, sweet dish with tender ribs soaked in sauce, a favorite among children.

The restaurant also regularly offers combo deals or set menus for groups of 10 or more, allowing families to enjoy a culinary experience at a reasonable price. Beyond the taste, the dishes at A Ma Kitchen are also meticulously presented.
