The Guardian featured a collection of stunning reader-submitted photos from around the globe on 2/7. Among them, an image of a woman on a boat selling goods in Ha Long Bay captivated readers and earned a spot among the top 15 best photographs.
Photographer Andy Dixon explained that he took the photo from a tourist boat. "I was on the deck when I heard a call from the water below," Dixon said. "Looking down, I saw a woman rowing out into Ha Long Bay to sell goods to tourists. With my camera already around my neck, I captured the moment."
