Developed by BIM Land, a member of BIM Group, and built upon the modern infrastructure of the Halong Marina urban area, the event serves as a pilot model for a pedestrian street combined with a night-time economy. It caters to both residents and tourists, distinguishing itself from traditional night markets in scale and organization.
A weekly theme
Running continuously from Monday to Sunday, the Halong Marina Street Fest is located on Halong Marina Square, the central axis of the Halong Marina coastal urban area. With the theme "Taste - Play - Discover," the event aims to create a summer gathering place for local residents, tourists, and young people in Ha Long.

Each week, the festival introduces a new theme with a series of interactive activities, gifts, and shopping deals. The festival grounds are divided into several zones: approximately 100 food stalls, a children's play area (Kidzone) spanning over 2,000 m2, a shopping area, a performance stage, and 3D art check-in points. The open layout caters to families, groups of friends, and individual travelers.
Halo! Halo Fest concert on 12/7
A highlight of the event is the open-air music festival, Halo! Halo Fest, scheduled for the evening of 12/7 at Halong Marina Square. The program features artists such as Duc Phuc, Orange, DJ Trang Moon, and rapper RamC. The stage is designed in an open format, incorporating sound, lighting, and audience interaction.
Organizers expect the concert to attract a large number of local residents and tourists, fostering a habit of night-time activities and driving the development of urban service infrastructure in the area.

Focusing on night-time economic development
According to a BIM Land representative, the Halong Marina Street Fest represents a step in Ha Long's night-time economic development strategy. It aligns with the policy of expanding multifunctional urban models, not only for accommodation but also to meet the needs of night-time living, entertainment, and commerce.
The Halong Marina urban area is currently one of the most well-planned areas, integrating amenities such as hotels, shopping centers, a marina, schools, and residential areas. The operation of the pedestrian street combined with the night festival is expected to enhance the area's attractiveness to investors, tourists, and residents.
"We hope this event will not just be a summer festival series, but a regular activity, creating long-term value for the community and the local economy," the project developer representative shared.
A new space for summer in Ha Long
With hundreds of stalls, experience zones, and daily performances, the Halong Marina Street Fest offers a new space for Ha Long tourism during the summer. Every evening, the street welcomes thousands of visitors, creating a bustling atmosphere and contributing to increased tourist stays and spending.
In the future, BIM Land plans to add more cultural, artistic, and commercial experiences to this street, gradually building a "sleepless city" model by the heritage bay.
