Located next to Me Linh Square, overlooking the Saigon River, Hilton Saigon has launched its 2026 Mid-Autumn mooncake collection named "Boi Nguyet Luu". The collection draws inspiration from the moonlight reflecting on the river in front of the hotel, blending local elements with modern design aesthetics.

Breaking from traditional square boxes, the collection features a circular design, inspired by the ambiance of Me Linh Square. The box surface is sculpted with wave patterns, utilizing metallic materials and motifs evoking a riverside scene. The design is divided into two halves, recreating the image of a full moon reflecting on the river's surface.

The "Boi Nguyet Luu" collection features four flavors: XO seafood sauce, roasted chicken with jambon sauce, salted egg red bean, and charcoal green tea with two types of nuts. These flavors are built upon traditional mooncake foundations, with adjustments in ingredients and flavor combinations to better suit modern palates. The blend of savory, sweet, rich, and refreshing notes creates a more diverse menu.
The brand currently offers various promotional programs for corporate clients purchasing in bulk. The hotel also provides personalized gift box services tailored to the needs of businesses and organizations.
