"Our secret to success comes from combining the freshest ingredients from Nha Trang's coastal region, Vietnam's deltas, and mountains, with characteristic spices from many cultures. Vietnamese dishes are seasoned with famous fish sauces from Nha Trang, fermented fish paste from Da Nang and Thanh Hoa, or pepper, chili, and mac khen (a Vietnamese spice). Thai dishes maintain their authentic taste thanks to spices imported from Thailand. Meanwhile, european dishes are distinguished by the inclusion of cheese, wine, olive oil, and traditional herbs," a restaurant representative said. |
For those wishing to explore Vietnamese cuisine, diners should try the snakehead fish hotpot with bitter melon. The delicate sweetness of the tender, chewy snakehead fish blends with the mild bitterness of the bitter melon, offering a refreshing taste. Additionally, traditional breakfast items like bun bo Hue, mi Quang, pho bo, banh cuon, and banh my are served daily.
Notably, the three-striped crab salad (goi ba khia) is considered a "must-try" dish, featuring a blend of sour, spicy, salty, and sweet flavors from fresh ba khia and the crisp, refreshing crunch of various vegetables, leaving a tingling spicy aftertaste.
