The dish features white rice, tender US beef, corn, green onions, and black pepper, all sizzling on a hot iron plate. It has been the restaurant chain's signature dish for over three decades.

The iron plate can reach 270 degrees Celsius in 70 seconds. In addition to the main ingredients, the plate also contains a special butter made by Pepper Lunch and a proprietary sauce from Japan, which create the dish's distinctive flavor. Induction heating technology ensures rapid and even heating, keeping the teppan hot at 80 degrees Celsius for over 20 minutes, ensuring the rice stays warm.

Customers can also participate in setting a Guinness World Record with Pepper Lunch by contributing to the creation of the world's largest beef rice photo album.
