A pilot from Ravenair, an English charter airline, took off from Liverpool at 11:25 AM on 11/7. During the two-hour flight, the aircraft flew over the Wirral Peninsula, Cheshire, North Wales, and the Dee Estuary, where the words "I'm bored" clearly appeared on the Flightradar24 flight tracking map.

According to Flightradar24, the message was created at an altitude of about 335 meters and a speed of nearly 185 km/h.
The pilot spent about 20 minutes maneuvering the aircraft in tight, angular turns to form the seven-character phrase in the sky.
A representative for the airline stated the pilot was a flight instructor in their 20s. He conducted a test flight in a Piper Tomahawk after a component of the aircraft had been replaced.
"Whenever a component like that is replaced, we must conduct a test flight to ensure everything functions normally. And indeed, everything was fine," the airline stated.
Wayne Barrett, the airline's operations manager, said the pilot would not face any disciplinary action, praising his piloting skills.
"He might have been a bit bored, but writing that message required intense concentration. So, at that moment, he probably wasn't bored at all," Barrett remarked. Barrett also lauded the young pilot's "very impressive" flying skills. The aircraft has since landed safely, and the pilot is currently on leave.
