Mixed pho ranks highest at 35th place, with a 4.1/5 rating. Taste Atlas describes it as "a dry variation of the traditional Vietnamese pho soup, popular in Hanoi and particularly enjoyed during the summer."
According to Taste Atlas, mixed pho is served without broth. The meat is sliced and marinated with salt, ginger, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and five-spice powder, then stir-fried and tossed with fresh herbs (basil, cilantro, lettuce, bean sprouts), fried onions, and pho noodles. It's served with a sauce made of vinegar, fish sauce, and sugar, often garnished with peanuts and chili, and accompanied by lime wedges.
