3D mapping show tells heritage story
Unlike traditional markets that primarily focus on shopping, VUI-Fest Ha Long offers a different approach through elaborate performance technology. The highlight is the "Long Van Khanh Hoi" 3D mapping show, combining artistic performances projected directly onto the Lighthouse, a symbol on Bai Chay beach. This large-scale light production recreates the majestic beauty and cultural depth of the heritage land.
Against the backdrop of the sea and sky, ethereal light strips move across the ancient tower, recounting the legend of the Vietnamese Dragon spitting pearls and jewels to create thousands of wondrous rocky islands. The blend of modern projection technology, laser systems, music, and vivid visual effects allows visitors to fully experience the "trading port" spirit in a contemporary form. The show is not just a visual experience but also a creative way of cultural storytelling.

One of the most anticipated experiences at VUI-Fest Ha Long is the daily high-altitude artistic fireworks display. The Sun Elite City area is set to become a natural light stage amidst the heritage landscape.
Each evening, thousands of fireworks will be launched, featuring over 50 diverse effects that light up the Bai Chay sky. According to the investor's representative, maintaining daily fireworks shows not only attracts visitors but also creates a fixed "rendezvous point," extending stay durations and increasing the appeal of Quang Ninh's night tourism.

VUI-Fest Ha Long is designed to be a giant "nightlife stage" by the bay. The entertainment rhythm here is dynamic, featuring performances by DJs, dancers, and colorful interactive stages. A unique aspect is the organizers' transformation of electric buggies into mobile stages. Equipped with sound systems and dazzling LED lights, these vehicles will spread the festive atmosphere throughout the streets, blurring the lines between artists and audience.
Additionally, the project features a dedicated VUI-Fest Port area. This serves as a gathering place for young artists, indie bands, dance groups, and street performers. The space is envisioned as a creative incubator, where young talents can freely perform and connect with the public.

The spirit of a "prosperous trading port" is clearly recreated through a system of trading and culinary stations along the square. In the Lighthouse area, "mini bars" designed in the style of wooden barrels at the port serve as stops for visitors to enjoy authentic German craft beer, Sun KraftBeer.
VUI-Fest also offers "creative trading stations," where visitors can discover exquisite handicrafts, unique designed gifts, or participate in auctions. The food kiosk area presents a fusion of local and international flavors, catering to diverse culinary tastes. These activities not only evoke Quang Ninh's bustling trading past but also infuse it with a modern vibe, completing the colorful festival experience.
