The Quang Tri Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism said the fireworks displays will coincide with events on Hoang Van walking street and the night market at Bao Ninh 1 Urban Area. These nighttime attractions are expected to diversify tourism offerings, attracting more visitors and boosting tourism growth in Dong Hoi and Quang Tri province.

The fireworks displays are scheduled from 7 p.m. to 7:05 p.m. on July 19 and August 2, and from 9 p.m. to 9:05 p.m. on July 26, August 9, August 23, and September 2. Each display will use 20 boxes of low-level fireworks. Funding for the displays is being provided through social contributions.
