Wellness escape at Radisson Blu Resort, Cam Ranh

Radisson Blu Resort, Cam Ranh launches the Blu Harmony package, a wellness retreat experience by the beach, in celebration of International Yoga Day on 21/6.

Located near Bai Dai beach in central Vietnam, Radisson Blu Resort, Cam Ranh is offering a comprehensive wellness package to celebrate International Yoga Day on 21/6. The package allows guests to rejuvenate through physical and mental activities.

The "Blu Harmony" package includes a three-night stay in a private pool villa. It features a balanced Mediterranean-inspired diet, relaxing spa treatments, and various revitalizing activities.

Guests will stay in a 120 m2 one-bedroom villa designed to maximize natural light. The villa boasts luxurious furnishings, a king-size bed, and a spa-style bathroom with a private outdoor terrace. A private patio with cabanas and a private pool offers further relaxation.

Guests can start their day with yoga or tai chi on the resort's lawn, accompanied by refreshing juices.

Nutrition plays a key role in the wellness journey. Guests are served three meals daily with a diverse and healthy menu. The "Blu Harmony" lunch and dinner sets feature Mediterranean ingredients: roasted red peppers with olive oil and tomato soup; whole wheat pasta stir-fried with vegetables; and spicy roasted cauliflower and chickpea stew with quinoa. These dishes are complemented by low-calorie desserts, detox water, and tropical juices.

Guests also enjoy a 90-minute treatment at the resort's ESC Spa. This treatment reduces stress and exfoliates the skin. With the backdrop of Cam Ranh's coastline, a resort representative stated that the package offers a holistic wellness journey, not just a vacation.

Radisson Blu Resort, Cam Ranh boasts lush greenery, blending harmoniously with the forest and sea, making it an ideal setting for wellness and therapeutic experiences. Treatment rooms are designed like traditional Vietnamese basket boats. Specialists utilize ancient healing techniques to guide guests on a path to complete restoration.
