World's tallest hotel set to open in Dubai

The 365-meter, 82-story Ciel Tower is poised to become the world's tallest hotel upon its official opening.

Standing at 365 meters in Dubai Marina, the 82-story Ciel Tower will house over 1,000 rooms, including nearly 150 luxury suites. It will surpass the current Guinness World Record holder, the Gevora Hotel, also in Dubai, which stands at 356 meters.

Ciel Tower boasts a range of sky-high amenities, including what is expected to be the world's highest infinity pool on the 76th floor and a 360-degree observation deck on the 81st floor offering panoramic city views, including the iconic Burj Khalifa.

The Nest Executive Lounge, a tranquil space with skyline views, will be located on the 16th floor for business travelers.

Each room features floor-to-ceiling windows providing unobstructed views of the affluent Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf. The hotel also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, a dedicated children's pool, and 10 restaurants and bars.

Developed by The First Group and designed by the UK-based architectural firm NORR Group, Ciel Tower represents their largest and most luxurious project to date. It is not only an iconic structure but also a milestone for the global hospitality industry. Ciel is part of IHG's Vignette Collection, which comprises unique hotels in prominent destinations worldwide.

According to TripAdvisor's latest Travellers' Choice Awards, Dubai ranks as the third most popular travel destination globally. TripAdvisor describes Dubai as a blend of modern and traditional, where visitors can enjoy performances at the Dubai Opera, take in city views from the Burj Khalifa, or explore the gold, spice, and textile souks along Dubai Creek.

For the adventurous, there's hot air ballooning over the desert, thrills at IMG Worlds of Adventure, or skydiving over Palm Jumeirah.
