The 2026 Pony EV is available in 5 versions, all with a range of 222 km according to China's CLTC standard. FAW has added two new exterior colors: Snow Cherry Pink and Cocoa Brown.
The Pony EV's design is eye-catching. The body stands out with wheel arches combined with white side mirror covers. The wheels have flat covers to reduce drag and increase aerodynamic efficiency. The rear of the car is designed similarly to the front, creating a unique look.
The dimensions of the 2026 Pony EV are 3,000 mm long, 1,510 mm wide, and 1,630 mm high, with a wheelbase of 1,953 mm.
The interior adds a new Cocoa Brown color option. FAW has added a 10.1-inch entertainment touchscreen in the higher version, a Bluetooth key function on the smartphone app, OTA entertainment system updates, the DeepSeek virtual assistant, and a dashcam.
The Pony EV is equipped with a 42-horsepower rear-mounted electric motor that delivers 90 Nm of torque. The car uses an 18.11 kWh battery pack.
The Bestune Pony EV debuted last year with a 28-horsepower electric motor, a 122 km range, and a price of 4,000 USD. Bestune, formerly known as Besturn, is FAW's flagship brand.
