Two cars collided at an intersection in Quzhuang village, Julu county, Hebei province, China. Despite a warning horn, neither vehicle slowed down as they approached the intersection from perpendicular directions.
The black car struck the side of the silver car, causing it to veer left. The silver car then drove straight through the gate and into the courtyard of a building at the corner of the intersection. A sign above the gate identified the building as Quzhuang village headquarters.
A video of the incident went viral on Chinese social media due to the silver car's smooth, drift-like entrance into the courtyard. The person who posted the video said their car, parked in front of the gate, was luckily undamaged. No one in either vehicle was injured.
Many online commenters noted the drivers' failure to slow down and check for traffic at the intersection. Some also expressed surprise at the unintentional yet perfectly executed drift. "This is definitely the smoothest garage entry I've ever seen," one commenter quipped.
The video shows tire marks on the road from the silver car's hard braking, and the sound of screeching tires can be heard.
