Near the Dinh Tram exit on the Hanoi-Bac Ninh expressway, a white car was driving against traffic close to the median strip. The driver then abruptly made a u-turn. The driver with the dashcam was startled to see the white car in the lane where the speed limit is 90 km/h, but fortunately, they were able to change lanes and avoid a collision.

Drivers must never drive against traffic on expressways, where cars travel at high speeds and the risk of accidents is extremely dangerous. Decree 168/2024 stipulates that driving against traffic on an expressway carries a fine of 30-40 million VND and 10 points deducted from the driver’s license.
