Car makes u-turn from blind spot, slams into another vehicle

From behind a 16-seater's blind spot, a white car suddenly made a u-turn, colliding with a black car traveling straight on 8/4 at Tran Quoc Nghien.

The black car was proceeding straight in its lane when, from behind a 16-seater traveling in the same direction, a white car abruptly made a u-turn and collided with it. The impacted car swerved sharply but fortunately did not overturn.

Drivers making turns must signal, observe, and proceed only when safe. In the video, both drivers had their views obstructed by the 16-seater traveling in the same direction. A driver wanting to make a safe u-turn should yield to other vehicles until the path is clear.

The 16-seater, which had its emergency lights on and stopped in the middle of the road to pick up passengers, violated regulations for stopping, parking, and passenger pick-up/drop-off. Its actions could therefore be linked to the causes of the accident.
