The GAC GS3 Emzoom, a B-segment crossover from the Chinese brand GAC, is slated for its Vietnam market debut in July. Imported from Malaysia, this model marks GAC's first crossover offering in the country, following the introduction of its M6 Pro and M8 MPVs and the GS8 SUV.

The GS3 Emzoom boasts a sporty design, characterized by a low-slung roofline, sharp character lines, and hidden door handles. The Premium R variant features 18-inch alloy wheels and striking orange accents that enhance its dynamic appearance.

The front fascia commands attention with a large vertical slatted grille, which the company calls "Flowing Diamond Star". Sharp LED headlights and orange decorative elements further underscore the B-segment CUV's athletic styling.

At the rear, the GS3 Emzoom's LED taillight clusters consist of multiple triangular segments. A sporty rear bumper, integrated diffuser, and centrally mounted dual exhaust system complete the look. Drivers can adjust the exhaust note via a steering wheel button, offering a quiet mode for city driving and a louder sound for a more engaging experience.

The luggage compartment has a capacity of 341 liters. The second-row seats can be folded in a 60:40 split, increasing storage capacity to 1,271 liters.

The angular exterior rearview mirrors integrate cameras for the 540-degree panoramic view system. This system provides a comprehensive display of the surrounding area and a simulated view of the vehicle's underside on the central screen, assisting drivers in tight spaces.

Under the hood, the GS3 Emzoom is powered by a 1,5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine. It generates 174 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. The declared fuel consumption is 5,9 liters/100 km (NEDC standard).
Safety and convenience are enhanced by a level two advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) package. This includes adaptive cruise control (acc), traffic jam assist (tja), lane keeping assist (lka), lane departure warning (ldw), forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking. The vehicle also features 6 airbags, a 540-degree camera, and automatic parking assist.

Inside, the cockpit adopts a minimalist design. A 10,25-inch central infotainment screen integrates seamlessly with the digital instrument cluster. It also features a flat-bottom steering wheel and an electronic gear selector. The model supports wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless phone charging.

An electronic toggle-style gear selector is conveniently located on the center console. This area also houses the electronic parking brake, a wireless charging pad, and two cup holders for the front seats.

The dashboard uses soft-touch plastic materials accented with prominent stitching. Polygonal air vents with blue trim create a contrast with the dark interior tones, giving the cockpit a youthful and distinctive feel.

The front seats feature a sporty design with bolstered side cushions for occupant support. Upholstered in two-tone synthetic leather, they are finished with contrasting stitching.

The GS3 Emzoom's rear seats accommodate three passengers and are equipped with air conditioning vents and charging ports. The seatbacks can be folded in a 60:40 split to expand luggage space.
The distributor has not yet announced the price of the GS3 Emzoom in Vietnam. Upon its launch, the model will enter the competitive B-segment CUV market, challenging rivals such as the Mitsubishi Xforce, Toyota Yaris Cross, Honda HR-V, Omoda C5, Geely Coolray, and VinFast VF 6.
