The 2026 Honda Dash 125 has been imported into Vietnam by a private company in TP HCM. The Dash is one of the few motorcycles privately imported from Malaysia and distributed domestically. Most popular motorcycles sold through private dealerships in Vietnam are imported from Thailand and Indonesia, two of Southeast Asia's largest motorcycle markets.
The 2026 Dash retains the overall design of its predecessor, which arrived in Vietnam in early 2025. The most significant change is the bodywork's new color combination.
Manufactured by a Honda joint venture in Malaysia, the model measures 1,894 mm long, 707 mm wide, and 1,108 mm high. These dimensions are comparable to the Honda Wave RSX 110, officially sold in Vietnam (1,922 mm x 709 mm x 1,082 mm), being similar in width and height, though slightly shorter in length.

The motorcycle targets male customers who enjoy a sporty riding experience.
The Dash features sharp styling on its sides and front. It has an aggressive fairing at the front, and its rear is slightly raised, reminiscent of manual clutch motorcycles popular with younger riders. The Honda Dash's overall style primarily appeals to male customers.
For the 2026 model year, the motorcycle retains standard equipment such as an LED headlight and halogen front and rear turn signals. It also features an analog speedometer, a mechanical key, and a 4-liter fuel tank.
The Dash is equipped with single disc brakes on both wheels. This feature is not commonly found on many affordable Honda and Yamaha models officially sold in Vietnam, such as the Wave Alpha, Wave RSX, Future, Sirius, and Jupiter Fiin. Most of these models, if they have disc brakes, only feature a single disc on the front wheel.
Both wheels of the Honda Dash use 17-inch cast rims. The seat height is 767 mm, and the motorcycle weighs just over 100 kg.
The Honda Dash 125 is powered by a 125cc SOHC, air-cooled engine, producing 9.9 horsepower and 9.5 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 4-speed gearbox.
Compared to the Honda Future 125, the Dash features a similar engine displacement but a slightly higher power output (0.8 horsepower more). The Malaysian-imported model also boasts dual disc brakes, while the Future comes with a single disc brake.
The privately imported Dash 125 is priced at 88 million Vietnamese dong, making it nearly three times more expensive than an officially sold Honda Future 125 (which ranges from 31.09 to 32.79 million Vietnamese dong). Consequently, the Dash is not aimed at the mass market but rather at affluent customers who prefer sporty, limited-edition motorcycles in Vietnam.
