Japanese automaker Honda has launched its first mini EV, the N-One e:, for the domestic market. The N-One e: is the production version of the Super EV Concept showcased at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK and the 2025 GIIAS auto show in Indonesia.

Designed for urban environments, the N-One e: is a K-car with a distinctive boxy shape, high roof, flat sides, a friendly robot-like front grille, and small wheels. Compared to the concept version, the overall design of the N-One e: remains largely unchanged, featuring round headlights and taillights.
The interior of the N-One e: follows a simple yet modern design philosophy. The two-spoke steering wheel incorporates function buttons. The car is equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a digital instrument panel displaying comprehensive vehicle information. The fabric seats offer practicality and flexibility with various folding options, maximizing storage space.
The N-One e: is available in two versions: G and L. Both are equipped with a front-mounted electric motor. While Honda has not yet released detailed specifications, it has revealed that the top-of-the-line version boasts a 63 horsepower electric motor and a range of 245 km. Notably, the N-One e: also features V2L technology, allowing it to power household appliances.

Honda's new mini EV is equipped with an ADAS driver-assistance package that includes features such as automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control.
The Honda N-One e: is scheduled to go on sale in Japan in September and will be introduced to the European market at the Munich Motor Show in Germany. Pricing will be announced at launch. Customers in Japan will also benefit from government subsidies for electric vehicles, with incentives of nearly 3,900 USD.
